The Company’s personnel, by virtue of their training and experience, are committed to providing our clients professional, sound and tested services consistent with the high standards available today. Our process oriented approach revolves around our ability to dialogue with our clients to define project parameters, with the single objective of arriving at the best workable solutions. Our Scope of work comprises of conceptualization, design, and implementation of various residential, commercial or retail property development plans.
The developments we conceptualize are driven by the desire to enrich the quality of peoples’ living, working and leisure environments. As an indigenous Limited Liability Company, people can be said to be our most cherished and valuable resource, however we still utilize advance tools and technology to most effectively support the delivery of our various professional services specific to each of our esteem client’s unique requirements.

He has over ten years active working experience in building, construction and real estate development. He operated first under the platform of Royal Model Development Limited which was his brainchild and maiden Development Company. He joined Sigma Engineering Limited, Abuja, between 2003 and 2005. He was engaged by Saraha Homes Limited, Abuja, from 2006 to 2008 and was later a founding Partner and the Director of Projects at Rainbow Workstation Services Ltd, Abuja. Presently, he is the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Parliamentary Hill Estates and Property Ltd.
Mfonobong Emmanuel Ntuk

Mrs. Ntuk has recorded over seven years active experience in Corporate Administration. She worked under the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation in 2003-2004; with One-Number Ltd, an Information Technology firm in 2004-2008, as Administrative and Accounting Secretary. She is presently at Population Council, an international Non-governmental Organization; an implementing Partner of the United States of America International Agency for International Development (USAID)
Ukeme Ekrikpo Esq

Ukeme Ekrikpo Esq. has many years working experience as a practicing Lawyer. He first worked with Mike Ozekhome Chambers in Lagos in between 2002 and 2004.He left here to handle heavy briefs for the Legal Department of Guardian Newspapers Ltd in Federal Palace Hotel Complex, Victoria Island, Lagos.
He then proceeded to Port Harcourt where he resumed with Manuchim Chambers, G.R.A. Junction in 2006-2009. He joined Rainbow Workstation Services Ltd, Abuja where he worked as the Company Secretary and Head of Administration in 2009. He is now the Director, Corporate and Legal Services for Parliamentary Hill Estates and Property Ltd.

Mr. Ernest Ntuk worked as Credit Operations at E.ON, Newlands House, 49 Mount Street, Nottingham, United Kingdom in 2006. He returned from the United Kingdom to Nigeria to resume as PRIORITY 1 SAFETY CONSULTANT during the construction of TINAPA Business Resort from 2007-2009. In Dec, 2009 he took up appointment with Rainbow Workstation Services Ltd as Projects Manager. He is presently the Director of Projects, Parliamentary Hill Estates and Property Ltd.

PARLIAMENTARY HILL ESTATES AND PROPERTY LTD is a firm of Real Estate Developers, Construction Engineers, General Construction Contractors, Environmental Consultants, Property Developers, Facilities Managers, Corporate and Legal Consultants.
Incorporated in 2010 as a limited liability company with RC Number 903834 we are dedicated to helping individuals; public and private organizations create living, working and leisure environments of world-class standards thereby creating a meeting point between people and their dreams.
Our Company has undertaken and completed Projects at Federal, State and Local Government levels. Presently, we are assisting in the constructing of over 300 housing unit for Jos teaching hospital, a 224-Housing units in Pyakassa Village, by Technology village, Along Airport Road, Sabon Lugbe, Abuja, construction of 150 Housing Units for the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Commission (NDIC). Abuja and the construction of 200 Housing Units for Fiscal Responsibility Commission (FRC) Abuja.
